Brands can now offer pick-up at location for orders placed in the portal.

Brands are now able to set the position of their products in the portal. Each product has a position field that can be set in the back office or the import system. Brands can also give multiple products the same position. These will then all show at the same position and be ranked based on the number of sales within that position.

Collections that are made visual on the portal can now be enabled to show the name of the collection as a label on the product card. This can be used to specifically highlight a collection or sales promotion they are running

A brand’s customer can now add more users in their account, the owner (first user) of the customer account can add users in the account settings. Each user has a unique email so can login using their own email. Each user has a unique cart and checkout, any orders that are placed will show up in the general orders section that is visible to all.

Customer signup just got more flexible - brands now have full control over which fields they want to include or exclude in the customer signup. Brands can also specify what fields are required and not, for example you can now make the VAT number optional or the phone number required for new signup.

It's now possible for brands to change the AI translations of the titles and descriptions of products. On the productpage they can open a screen that allows them to overwrite the text in each language. They can ether make improvements to the existing text and provide their own text altogether

Instead of relying solely on broad country-based rules, brands can now assign weight-based shipping groups to specific customer groups. This gives you more control over shipping rates, allowing tailored pricing for distinct segments, like customers in a certain region or part of a loyalty tier.

Brands can now use all HTML in “pages” - which allows them to adjust the “About us”, “privacy policy” or additional supported pages. Allowing HTML gives customers the option to show images, videos and iframes on the page and do additional styling.

Collections can now be targeted on specific customer groups. When a collection is targeted on a specific customer group, the products in the collection will no longer be available to all users, but only to the users in those customer groups. Products can be in multiple collections and customers can be in multiple customers groups. So the brand is flexible in how it wants to set up and manage this targeting.

Our B2B Portal users can now create brands in the “Brands” section under products. After a brand is created the products can be added which will then show as a filter on their portal. This will allow brands and distributors with multiple labels under their umbrella to create a multi-brand environment for their users.

Brands that want to apply different MSRP’s in certain countries can do that be creating MSRP groups. In MSRP groups they can specify what selection of countries should show a different MSRP. These can be set product edit form or manual product imports - columns can be mapped to the MSRP groups.

Brands can now enable non-EU countries in their shipping settings, allowing also orders from non-EU countries. Orders outside the EU will not have VAT charged. Its the responsibility of the brand to abide by local regulations/documentation when exporting outside the EU.

Brands can now add their Google Analytics 4 ID in their settings to enable tracking in Google Analytics, which allows them to track visits, conversion, and more.

Brands can now offer payment terms to customers, letting them select 7, 14, 30, 60, or 90 days and set a maximum outstanding balance per user.
