The challenge: differentiating the brand in a crowded market

A key challenge in the B2B space for Kaeso, as the account manager for Greenmoods, is differentiating in a crowded industry.

Greenmoods aims to show prospects that they offer high-quality products at competitive prices. They combine craftsmanship with a passion for interior design. As a reliable wholesaler and partner for resellers , they specialize in supplying high-quality artificial plants that bring any interior or business space to life. They believe that artificial plants are the future of stylish living and working.

In order to make this mission come to live, the B2B buying experience plays a strategic role. They offer personalized advice during the order process, have a physical showroom where B2B buyers can visit and aim to offer fast end-to-end delivery. This is where their previous system fell short in integrating all these different sales and logistical flows, creating the need to find a different solution.

The solution: the B2B Portal

With their new B2B Portal, their customers log into a clean, branded environment where they can easily browse categories, look through products, check previous orders and reorder quickly. The interface is much more visual and mobile-friendly, and this contributes to position Greenmoods as a high-quality artificial plant wholesaler.

Apart from the visual interface, personal contact with the customer and their showroom requires the need for interaction, far beyond just B2B ecommerce. It requires a backend tool that takes away friction in creating personalized orders for the customer, and with Orderchamp's tools - such as the mobile Sales App, but also the recently launched manual order and quoting system, this allows for an integrated experience for their buyers. These orders can be written in the office, in their showroom, or in any other location, as required.

Implementation: Frequent contact with the product team

Greenmoods came from a very different system, and the transition naturally involved some fine-tuning.

What makes this work is the collaboration. Kaeso is in frequent contact with our product owners and recently sat down with their team to go through all the points in detail.

Orderchamp was able to listen to feedback, and implemented some key new features and workflows, that not only fitted Greenmoods, but also benefitted other users in the platform. That is what makes this work - because Orderchamp builds dedicatedly for the wholesale space, they can develop fast and build features that truly matter.

The impact so far: feedback from customers

After the onboarding process and feedback, Greenmoods already sees clear signs of improvement from customers’ feedback.

Customers tell them the portal is much easier and faster to use. It’s simple to look through products, browse categories, check last orders and place new ones. The overall experience feels more modern and efficient.

At the same time, Greenmoods is building towards its long-term goals: getting more people in the market to know their name, and making sure that when someone sees “Greenmoods” on a label or product page, they immediately think “this is good quality.”

So, apart from onboarding on the B2B Portal, they launched their storefront on the Orderchamp Marketplace, and within 3 days, they had multiple orders from new B2B customers. This immediately showed how good the quality of their products is with regards to their pricepoints.
