From manual Excel workflows to a streamlined B2B ordering experience
We spoke with the team behind Ma Chérie Mon Amour, a Franco-German lifestyle brand founded by a creative couple with a shared passion for design, travel and culture. What started as a creative vision has grown into a distinctive brand that brings humor, elegance and personality into everyday products.

Ma Chérie Mon Amour creates original home and desk accessories designed to brighten everyday routines and bring a sense of joy to the table true to their motto "fait avec humeur" (made with humour).
At the heart of the brand is its founding couple, whose shared creative vision shapes everything from product design to brand identity. Their collections combine contemporary graphics with a playful spirit, resulting in products that feel both elegant and expressive.

The assortment includes premium vinyl placemats, coasters, trays, as well as desk mats and mousepads. Signature themes range from refined calligraphic designs to bold animal portraits, allowing retailers to offer products that stand out while still fitting naturally into modern interiors.
Production is handled on demand, primarily in Germany and with European partners. This approach not only supports sustainability but also gives the brand flexibility to respond quickly to demand without building unnecessary stock.
The challenge: reducing complexity with growth
As the business grew, so did the complexity behind the scenes.
Before Orderchamp Cloud, Ma Chérie Mon Amour managed their B2B orders through a combination of Excel and their accounting system Lexware Office. Orders were received in spreadsheets and then manually transferred into their system to create quotes and confirmations. This created a fragmented workflow that required constant manual input.

At the same time, they were running their B2C operations through Shopify, meaning that orders were split across multiple systems with no central overview.

The biggest change for Ma Chérie Mon Amour has been the shift from manual work to structured automation.
Where orders previously required multiple steps across Excel and accounting tools, they are now handled within one connected flow. This has significantly reduced operational friction and freed up time across the team.

For their B2B customers, the experience has also improved. Retailers can browse products, place orders, and manage their accounts independently through the B2B Portal. This reduces the need for back and forth communication and creates a more professional buying experience.

At the last Maison et Objet tradeshow, they used the Sales App to write 100+ orders, which saved them hours of manual work post the tradeshow, and enabled them to start fulfilling orders much faster.
